Paul has recently joined The Siena Partnership to grow our Change Assurance service line, bringing a wealth of delivery and assurance experience gained at Gartner Consulting, Accenture and PA Consulting.
Paul started his professional career in industry, working in technology architecture for EMI music, gaining first hand experience of transformation with the birth of digital media and iTunes in the UK.
At Accenture, Paul worked with digital and media clients as well as a wider portfolio of industries for over ten years leading large teams and completing his first assurance review for the BBC.
Paul subsequently joined PA consulting in their digital practice and focused on retail and manufacturing client projects before moving to Gartner Consulting where he led the UK consulting team to create an assurance framework which was eventually rolled out to EMEA.
Working with many well known brands across all industries, Paul’s assurance approach is proven to provide tangible improvements to programme delivery with many clients highlighting the value of the work in accelerating and protecting programme delivery.
Outside of work, Paul spends most of his time on two wheels or four racing both cars, motorbikes and mountain bikes.
