Max joined The Siena Partnership in September 2022 and since has been primarily focused on building relationships with Senior Architecture & Engineering professionals and placing them into some of the most exciting and disruptive firms within the UK Fintech & Private Equity sectors.
Max graduated from The University of Birmingham with a 2:1 in Business Management. After graduating, Max joined a Fintech specific recruitment firm, completing the company’s first CTO placement in London and working with some of the biggest names in the US market.
Away from work, most of Max’s time is consumed by sport, still regularly playing football, cricket, and squash, whilst at the weekend travelling the country following Ipswich Town with friends and family.
