Siena Partnership, a boutique search and consulting firm, is delighted to welcome Paul Monteith as a Director. Paul will head up the firm’s new Change Assurance practice as Siena Partnership continues to expand its client services in Change and Transformation.
Paul Monteith brings a wealth of delivery and assurance expertise to The Siena Partnership gained in industry, top tier and independent consultancies. At Accenture, Paul worked with digital and media clients as well as a wider portfolio of industries for over ten years leading large teams and completing his first assurance review for the BBC.
Paul subsequently joined PA consulting in their digital practice and focused on retail and manufacturing client projects before moving to Gartner Consulting where he led the UK consulting team to create an assurance framework which was eventually rolled out to EMEA. Working with many household brands, Paul’s assurance approach is proven to provide tangible improvements to programme delivery with many clients highlighting the value of the work in accelerating delivery and protecting value.
