Victoria is a Partner within our Interim CFO & Senior Finance division.
She partners directly with private equity investors and C-Suite executives in PE backed portfolio businesses to support on finance solutions at every point of the deal cycle.
Prior to joining The Siena Partnership, Victoria spent over 6 years at another PE-focused recruitment firm. Two years focusing on permanent hires for C-suite minus one roles, and over 4 years focusing on Interim CFO and Interim Management hires.
Victoria graduated from the University of Bristol with a law degree, where she also founded her own ecommerce business that sold to over 50 countries globally.
Outside of work, Victoria is a keen chef who is always happy to host extravagant dinner parties, as long as it doesn’t interfere with watching the Formula 1 on the weekends.
