He has held senior client management and consulting delivery roles at leading Financial Services organisations, with experience spanning Retail Banking, Asset Management, and Investment Banking.
With a strong focus on Financial Services — particularly in Investment Management, Insurance, and Banking — Thomas is known for being a trusted partner in delivering complex, high-impact change and transformation programmes in both the UK and international markets.
Outside of work, Thomas juggles family life with his passions for cricket, golf, and football — in fact, any sport and he’ll happily give it a crack.
