Sophie is an Executive Assistant to the CEO & Founder and a Senior Partner at Siena whose practice spans Technology, Data & AI, Product, and Private Equity Value Creation. She works closely with senior leadership across strategic priorities, internal initiatives, and key projects – bringing structure to fast-moving environments and ensuring seamless operational execution.
Prior to joining The Siena Partnership, Sophie spent over four years at Saxton Bampfylde. During her tenure, she progressed from Project Coordinator to Executive Assistant to the Chair, Team Leader overseeing a team of 15, and Company Secretary. In these roles, she supported major executive search assignments and internal strategic initiatives alongside the firm’s executive leadership.
Outside of work, Sophie stays active through fitness, wellbeing, and good food, spending much of her spare time walking with her senior dog, Mr Bubbles.
