Shane is an Associate Partner within our Interim CFO & Senior Finance division, partnering with private equity investors and finance leaders to deliver high-calibre interim finance talent across PE-backed portfolio businesses.
Prior to joining The Siena Partnership, Shane gained experience at a specialist private equity search firm, supporting interim and senior finance appointments across the investment lifecycle. He works closely with investors and management teams to identify finance leaders who can drive transformation, value creation and change within portfolio companies.
Shane graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in Accounting and Finance, and has worked for a number of years within Finance.
Outside of work, Shane enjoys hiking, travelling and the occasional esports tournament, balancing a love of the outdoors with a competitive streak.
