Kaiya is a Compliance & Finance Assistant at The Siena Partnership, supporting contractor payroll and contractor compliance. She has experience across recruitment, financial services, and the public sector, and enjoys solving problems to help business operations run smoothly. Most recently, Kaiya worked as an Operational Compliance Coordinator, where she led compliance activities including audits, training tracking, and the development of local procedures.
Prior to that, she worked as a Screening Analyst, managing pre-employment security vetting processes across the EMEA region, and in recruitment, where she coordinated contractor onboarding and compliance.
Outside of work, Kaiya enjoys making the most of her free time by travelling, trying new experiences, discovering new bars, and spending quality time with friends and family
