Jemima is a Principal Consultant at The Siena Partnership, where she specialises in executive placements within the technology sector across the UK and Europe. She has a particular focus on supporting Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies.
Jemima graduated from The University of Birmingham with a 1st class degree in Law in 2021. With over four years of experience in the Private Equity ecosystem, Jemima has built an extensive network of technology and IT professionals.
She began her career as an executive researcher for a Private Equity-focused recruitment firm before transitioning into consultative roles.
Outside of her professional commitments, Jemima is a passionate long-distance runner and an enthusiastic Formula 1 fan.
