Sales and Marketing Co-ordinatorAlice is attentive, easy to work with, and quickly settled into the team, contributing naturally in conversations and asking thoughtful questions that showed genuine curiosity. She took ownership of a number of tasks, including researching hospitality options for 2026 to support how we build and maintain client relationships, and handled this with both speed and attention to detail. She brought a positive attitude, worked well with everyone, and was a real pleasure to have in the team.

Alice focuses on marketing, research, and CSR projects at The Siena Partnership, handling everything from client communications and event management to providing insights through surveys and reports. She’s also committed to giving back, having established our partnership with youth homelessness charity Centrepoint.
Alice joined us after completing her A-Levels and cutting her teeth in a competitive tech consultancy internship where she rotated through the company’s talent, marketing, and delivery teams.
Outside of work, Alice enjoys running, cooking vegetarian meals for her family, and attending concerts.
