Abbie Manages our Compliance and Finance function
With a robust career dedicated to ensuring regulatory excellence, Abbie brings a wealth of experience in contracts and compliance management to The Siena Partnership. Progressing from Compliance Administrator to Team Leader throughout the years, Abbie has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to navigate complex compliance landscapes across international offices, including the UK, USA, Netherlands, and Taiwan. In addition, she’s worked closely with payroll teams, gaining vast knowledge of the payroll functions and ensuring departments work harmoniously together.
In Abbie’s previous role she managed a team of five administrators, sharing her knowledge, conducting internal training, and collaborating with legal teams on compliant engagement models.
Outside of work Abbie is a devoted Mum to a precious little girl. Abbie enjoys spending time with her family, a cheeky glass of Pinot blush and pampering herself with beauty treatments!
