The task
Working with Antelliq, we quickly understood that they had ambitious growth targets across their EMEA operations and further afield .
To achieve their ambitious growth targets we worked with the CIO and the wider team to deliver a multiple market digital transformation project.
The action
We created a business case to showcase the benefits of the recommended transformation programme across all regions, creating new eCommerce technology across EMEA markets. In addition, we led the implementation of Salesforce, Salesforce CPO and Zuora across all regions.
We identified key areas of improvement, led internal and supplier teams and provided Programme Management, Project Management and Business Analysis.
The outcome
In the first 18-months of the programme, we helped Antelliq achieve the following:
- Sales of a subscription model to over 60% of their customers in the EMEA region.
- Increased revenue of 22% in the first 18 months post-launch
- Roll-out of new eCommerce capabilities across five regions (Poland, Brazil, Australia, Germany & Italy)
