Monica is our Executive Assistant, supporting our CEO and other senior partners across the business. She focuses on day-to-day operations, event management, and client liaison across the various business practices.
Prior to joining The Siena Partnership, she worked as an Account Manager for multiple media agencies, an Anti-Money Laundering Analyst, and held multiple client-facing roles dealing with UHNW clients. Monica holds a Master’s degree in Luxury Brand Management and is fluent in Portuguese and English.
Outside of work, she enjoys all forms of sci-fi, spending time with her cat, Yuki, and hot yoga.
