Oliver is a Partner within our Private Equity team, specialising in Product, AI and Technology Leadership search. He works directly with private equity funds and C-suite executives across PE-backed portfolio businesses, supporting critical leadership appointments that enable growth, transformation and value creation.
Oliver has spent 15 years in technology and product recruitment, working with high-growth, VC and PE-backed businesses. Most recently, he was Head of Talent for a Series B financial services scale-up, which grew from 30 to 150 employees during his tenure. He was responsible for building out the executive leadership team across the UK and US.
Outside of work, Oliver is kept busy by his young family and enjoys cycling and swimming when time allows.
