Chris is an Associate Partner at Siena, specialising in Interim Technology, Data & AI, and Product appointments within Private Equity Value Creation.
Prior to joining Siena, Chris spent over five years with Real Staffing, part of SThree, where he specialised in recruitment across NHS non-medical and non-clinical functions, including operations, finance, HR, governance, transformation and commissioning. During this time, he progressed into senior leadership roles, managing high-performing teams, building long-term relationships with Director and C-suite clients, and consistently delivering strong personal and team results.
Chris is an ex-PGA-qualified professional and now plays golf at a high amateur level.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys golf, fitness and travelling.
